Water Leaders International (WLI) is a global Community of Practice for water professionals who have completed substantial leadership development programs and who would like to connect and collaborate with other water leaders around the world.
WLI brings graduates together from:

- IWC’s Pathway Program
- One Million Leaders Asia (OMLAS) Program
- Leadership Challenges in Grow3Leaders
- Other significant leadership development programs
What WLI does
- Bring alumni and participants of IWC’s water leadership development activities, together with alumni and participants of other water leadership initiatives, and researchers and trainers, in an international community of practice (CoP) for water leaders
- Focus on cutting-edge practice in research, training, and coaching for water leadership development in support of driving positive changes for SDG6 and related goals.
- Documenting and sharing stories of change in a structured way.
Features of the WLI Community
WLI offers an online community (via Mighty Networks) supporting connection, peer learning, shared leadership insights, and monthly interactive webinars with experienced practitioners and guest speakers.

There is no cost to join, and if you have completed a significant leadership development program you can request membership below.
