Brett is an experienced and award-winning marketing and communications specialist, with more than ten years of experience in marketing management and director-level roles, across a range of sectors, including education, not-for-profit and government, both in Australia and abroad.
He is experienced in developing, implementing and managing high-level marketing strategy and executing tactical plans, and has extensive specialist experience in branding, pricing, IMC strategy, content strategy, full-stack digital strategy and CX. He champions the ‘voice of the customer’ and actively works to embed the principles of superior end-to-end customer experience management in day-to-day business operations.
Brett has lectured in Organisational Behaviour, Marketing, Business Management and Communications in Australia and Canada, for degree and diploma-level programs. He has also presented at conferences internationally on the topics of IMC strategy and SEO (search engine optimisation).
