Master of Integrated Water Management (Partial Scholarship)
Belinda is a skilled senior executive with experience across a range of sectors, including small to large corporates, government and education. As an organisational psychologist who has specialised in learning and organisational development, Belinda has a particular focus on bringing the needs of the organisation to the fore, with an emphasis on long-term partnerships that are flexible and adaptable to changing requirements. Belinda works with organisations to co-create solutions or interventions, whether small or large, through an holistic, whole-of-organisation lens, to ensure alignment with the organisation’s strategy and goals. Through this approach, she has helped businesses flourish, with improvements not just in the bottom line, but to capability, engagement and culture as well.
At the International WaterCentre, Belinda’s focus is on developing the already strong links with industry into a more strategically targeted relationships, by increasing access to industry relevant education and training, knowledge sharing through thought leadership pieces and our applied research activities, and by participating in expert forums. She does this with the aim of delivering a more coherent approach to the development of skills and knowledge to face emerging, complex water challenges.
