Led by: Dr Helen Johnson, The University of Queensland
About the course
This course examines how and why competent strategies to enhance social inclusion can benefit water and development projects. It provides exercises and case studies to develop a knowledge base and ‘tool kit’ of practical actions that enables participants to improve their delivery of water and development projects through stakeholder engagement and social inclusion.
By completing this course participants will have the skills and knowledge to:
- Understand the benefits and challenges in water projects relating to the social inclusion of all relevant stakeholders and members of target communities
- Reflect on how individual values are shaped
