2013 Riverprize entries now open
International RiverFoundation (IRF) is set to award a record number of Riverprizes in 2013, with an Australian Riverprize, a new European Riverprize and the prestigious Thiess International Riverprize with a total value in excess of $600,000. And for the first time ever, the applications process is fully online.
IRF encourages all organisations that are engaged in best practice river, wetland, lake and catchment management from around the world to apply.
Applications close on 29 March 2013.
The Riverprizes will be presented in Vienna on 12 September 2013 and also in Brisbane, Australia on 24 September. These Riverprize presentations form part of the ECRR and EU Life RESTORE Conference in Vienna on 11-13 September and the International Riversymposium on 23-26 September.
